Ian - Image 1 "I moved into a house I brought at the start of December - quickly discovered a spreading wet patch in the ceiling & had JRS come out to fix it - unfortunately it turned out the roof had a low incline & insufficient overlap between the tiles with the original felt (1970 build) now failing. JRS accurately diagnosed the problem and were able to slot the project in in a timely manner. The project involved stripping the roof then new felt & batons & retiling, increasing the overlap between the tiles - fixing the problem! In addition, we discovered the disused chimney stack was causing substantial damp in a bedroom, so that was taken down & a old felt flat roof was also renewed with a new rubber roof - all done in a timely manner with Jamie & his colleagues working hard to undertake the extra work. Tidy work & reasonably priced. Would recommend."
