"We had a problem with our boiler making intermitent and loud moaning/ grinding noises which our boiler contract company wouldn't deal with. I phoned JR Energy Solutions Ltd and spoke to Jack who said he would be able to get round in about an hour when he had finished the job he was working on. Less than an hour later Jack arrived and spent some time investigating possible causes. Throughout he explained what he was doing and made a thoroughly good job of checking various components. The noise now seems to have stopped and Jack has advised me what might be the cause if it reoccurs. I would thoroughly recommend the company, and Jack in particular. He is very pleasant to talk to, really helpful and the charge for the work was extremely reasonable. I will be happy to use the company again for any boiler and plumbing work in the future and pleased to recommend them to friends and family. My overall impression was that the company cared, and that is often rare these days."

"Excellent first contact. Very understanding in dealing with a job which was part of clearing a deceased person's property and the issues that involves. Arranged a day and time to do the job, double checked beforehand to confirm arrangements still good. Arrived on time and completed the job professionally and competently at a very good price, very pleased. Would definitely recommend to friends and family in Rotherham and the surrounding area."
