    "Cannot recommend and would not use again. Hired for removal of a fitted wardrobe and making good of the wall. Higher quote than competitors, but we hoped to be paying for quality, professionalism, and a high finish. Parts of the removal were done with brute force, crowbars and ripping rather than unscrewing, causing damage to walls and door frames. The making-good work (plaster repairs, filling, sanding, basecoat) was not completed after we were advised unforeseen wall conditions required additional works outside the original scope. A separate quote for these was significantly larger than the original. They offered a goodwill deduction or to return and complete what they considered in-scope work. In our view, the deduction was nowhere near proportionate to what remained outstanding, and no itemised breakdown distinguishing removal from repair was provided despite being requested. We didn't want the team back in the house, so we paid the reduced invoice to settle the matter and move on."
