At Johnston's Plumbing & Multitrade Ltd we have been providing carpentry and joinery services to customers in Stirlingshire for over 6 years. As craftsmen with in-depth knowledge of our trade, we use a combination of traditional and modern methods to help each customer to achieve the finish they desire without compromising on quality.
We believe that all joinery should be done to the highest standards, whether it’s a feature staircase or hanging a door. To this end, we conduct a consultation with each prospective customer so that we can accurately gauge their expectations, desired functionality, timescale and budget. This allows us to advise each customer of the best course of action based on their particular needs and helps us to achieve high rates of customer satisfaction for our bespoke carpentry.

"Bradley and his team done a fantastic job fitting my wet floor bathroom. It was a bit of a job and nothing was too much trouble. Lads were extremely polite and made me feel comfortable in their presence. Hard working team. I will be getting them back for further project."

"Bradley and Stephen did a great job renovating our bathroom which involved plumbing and joinery work. Bradley took the time to understand our requirements up front, gave a detailed quote and followed through with clear communications and quality execution. Recommended!"

"Didn’t turn up on multiple of the dates he said he would, didn’t message or call to say he wouldn’t turn up, paid him to fix a leaky bath and my bath still leaks, isn’t giving me a full refund, did ask to fix it but only a month and a half after I asked him to and only because I’m asking for a refund now, only way I’m getting a refund is if I send him a video of the faulty parts and then he’s going to take the parts (that he’s not refunding me for) and return them, so now my bath won’t just be leaking it will be completely unusable, Unprofessional, unreliable, definitely don’t recommend."
Trader reply: "The customer had a two-part job. A toilet strip down and a bath waste kit replaced. The toilet is now working absolutely fine and there are no complaints. There is however a small leak coming from the overflow. I explained this and left her with some options. If she no longer wanted us in her house, we could allocate a sub-contractor for her. She did not want that either and kept pushing for a full refund on a two-part job. I then explained I had already bought and paid for the toilet parts and spent the time on the job and that was working perfectly. I then explained to her it could be a manufacturing issue with the bath waste kit, but I wouldn't know unless I had another visit. I had explained we could look at a refund of just the bath issue and could help her lodge a concern with the manufacturer if this was the case. Despite this we have not had a reply from her and without knowing how she wishes to proceed we are unable to find a resolution."

Alasdair - Image 1 "Initial contact was very quick, Bradley came out discussed the works with me (full strip out and install of bought suite). Quote arrived and was accepted all online. It was a big job with rotten timber replaced, new piping, boarding & plastering, laying of glue down LVT flooring and install. Bradley and his team were professional throughout the whole time, keeping me fully up to date on everything that was happening. Each evening Bradley gave a run down on what was done that day and what was still to be done. Even stayed later a couple of nights to get it done. Clearly a crew that knew what they were doing and as I said, really good bunch professional of guys. The attention to all the little details was spot on & cleanliness was clearly high on their list. Could not be happier with the completed work and whole process from start to finish. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to get this work done. Pictures don't fully do it credit."
