    "Jason and team completed the refurbishment of our bathroom, including moving shower to the opposite wall, installation of a towel radiator and extractor fan. In addition he removed the old immersion system and connected the bathroom to the existing combi boiler. The entire team were friendly and polite. Jason did an excellent job of organising all the trades to turn-around the whole job in 4 days. Each trade was punctual, tidy and paid high attention to the quality of their finish. Jason's communication was excellent. Throughout the work he kept us informed of timeframes, work being performed each day, and checked in over the weekend to ensure everything was fine. Before the work commenced Jason offered advice on suppliers and products. We went with his recommendation for shower and bath - very pleased with them! Overall we are thrilled with the transformation that has been completed to high standard of quality and the service provided by Jason and team - we highly recommend!"

    "Jason was very busy so he wasn't able to come on the day(s) we originally agreed. However, he did arrange for his colleague Michael to come and do the job and we were very pleased with his work."

    "Good points: Responsive by phone and text. Will come out on a weekend if urgent. Brought in Trader's dad (v. professional/impressive) and fixed boiler at immediate notice, which was great. Were flexible around fitting of sink which was delivered late. Price competitive. En suite finish good. Not so good points: No invoice despite requests. Quick to ask for upfront payment before start/payment before work finished, and we were chased for payment mid-works because he had to make "massive orders" for other customers. With other jobs taking trader off-site, lack of supervision of subcontractors meant avoidable mistakes made (esp. tiling and shower plumbed wrong way round). Job therefore overran and as focused on next job, we were de-prioritised and had to wait to get snags and leaks fixed after some no-shows/delays. trader wants to do a good job and has the right attitude - but working too many jobs at once can compromise this."

    Trader reply: "Thanks for your feedback, however, we had numerous conversations through text etc and at no point did I feel that the job was not on target or anything going wrong. I was never asked for an invoice but happy to provide one if requested. All jobs we request a deposit to cover materials up front and a payment plan up to completion. We carried out numerous jobs at this property, there were delays on both our parts, for example we decided on replacing the downstairs toilet, the existing one was old, which pushed work back. Half way through the project, the boiler packed up. We made the most cost effective for the family, to change the existing boiler and the cylinder upstairs. We put in a new heat only boiler in the garage, a pressurised cylinder in the airing cupboard, saving on gas bills, with more sufficient heating and hot water output. With everything else being organised, this was another delay of me bringing in my father, electrician etc to organise the materials and the work. This job was separate to the original quote, I took another deposit and final on completion. We have a team of five and trust every one of them to be left on a job without me. On the occasion of the shower pipes, this was a mistake that I ended up rectifying which took five minutes. Other leaks occurred but all sorted and we even reduced the bill by £100 to accommodate for the minor ceiling damages. This job was finished to the upmost standard and my team did a great job.
