The cost explained, and method of payment agreed. We agreed date to do the job. The job was carried out on time, prompt with good communications, and the worker - Luke Murray - was polite, friendly and prompt on time. The work was carried out with minimal disruption, no mess and all areas were thoroughly cleaned at the end. I had a reason to check a poss leak BUT this was quickly checked and every thing was alright. Prompt response. Over all very pleased."
