    "Paul is polite and professional in approach. He came to look at my gas hob which was being problematic. He advised that a repair would be more expensive than buying a replacement hob, but spent a long time ensuring the hob was working and safe before leaving, as an interim measure, which I greatly appreciated. He left the area clean and tidy."
