"Paul was prompt and reasonably priced. Sadly our fridge is beyond repair but he did inform us of our consumer rights which we would not have considered if he hadn't told us. It means, even out of warranty the fridge will be replaced or refunded. We couldn't be more grateful and would definitely recommend."

"Prompt service and engineer kept me informed. Engineer knew how to diagnose the fridge-freezer and explained the problem so I knew exactly what my options were. Very pleased with the service."

"Engaged to diagnose a fault on a large american fridge freezer. Cost and process clearly explained before the visit. Same day service which was appreciated. Fault detected advice given as an attempt to rectify and arranged for a follow up call to evaluate the recommended action. Very impressive, speedy service."
