"Really great service from Paul. Quick response and attendance. He promptly identified the fault with the washing machine with regular comms from site via photos and an explanation. The machine wasn't broken, it was the power supply but Paul's investigation quickly revealed what the tenant couldn't work out. Highly recommend."

"Paul came to check out my ice maker which hadn’t been working for ages. He quickly found the issue and said he’d need to order a part and then come back and fit it. Within a week it was all fixed. Great service, thank you."

"Paul arrived on time and checked my fridge/freezer which was broke and unfixable. Got me a new one and fitted straight way, it’s a built in unit so not the easiest but did a great job and removed all packaging. Would definitely recommend"
