    "Kacper & his team removed a chimney & chimney breast from our property. Communication was excellent throughout the project and the team were always punctual, friendly and helpful. It was a messy job but they did their best to leave everything clean and tidy and the quality of their work is excellent. I would recommend JK Building & Refurbishments without hesitation."

    "Kacper and his team are an extremely professional group of guys who take great pride in everything they do. They work very hard, are polite, courteous, clean, tidy and respectful in every job they undertake and possess a wonderful sense of humour.     "Kacper and his team were polite, friendly and professional from day one to the completion of the job - knocking through into a 'side return' to make it a full part of the kitchen, adding a skylight, removing an outside toilet and a chimney breast and adding the relevant steelwork and finish. A few issues came up during the job; Kacper was very up-front about these and discussed them with me fully. I had some queries about the finish of the work in one or two places, and these were put right for me without question or argument. If I have a small caveat, it's that I needed to bring in an electrician - at considerable expense - to take care of works that I assumed would be included in the price, though to be fair the JK team couldn't have foreseen what a mess the electrics were in. Their gas fitter/plumber was also a bit pricey, albeit very efficient. Overall though, JK provided good communication, lots of effort, a friendly team and (most importantly) a kitchen I'm very happy with."
