Jim’s Heating is a family run business in Ealing with over 10 years’ experience of heating and
gas work. We pride ourselves on the quality and innovative nature of our work, our punctuality we turn up when we say we will and our positive, friendly approach.
In the UK, heating and hot water accounts for over 75% of a home’s energy consumption. It
is in everyone’s interest to move towards renewable heating which is cheaper and has a
significantly lower impact on the environment but the infrastructure costs are still substantial. We can help design a new heating system for you and advise on grants or other financial support which may be available.
Alternatively, if you are concerned that this may be a step too far at this stage, we can advise you on cost effective adaptations to your system, to help you reduce your energy consumption now, whilst, at the same time, maintaining a comfortable temperature and making your system renewables ready. This includes upgrading your current system e.g. with smart controls or more appropriate radiator sizing.
All houses are different and we all want different things from our heating systems. At Jim’s
Heating we work with you to understand your specific needs and what you expect from your
System, and then identify a solution and deliver it for you.

Jonathan - Image 1 "Jim came highly recommended to use through several friends. The quote was very reasonable, detailed and transparent. He certainly lived up to his reputation as a highly competent and professional heating engineer. He installed a new boiler, new radiators and other parts. A major part of his work was replacing the 70’s micro-bore pipes with 15 and 22 mm copper pipe. He had to cut through t&g floor boards. I saw his pipework which was a true work of art. He pressure tested all the pipe work before replacing the floor boards. He did all this so neatly and moved round furniture and clutter with the minimum of fuss. He cleaned up after him all the time and was very accommodating. He turned up every day early at the same time and worked at least 10 hours. He discovered a gas leak in the original 30’s gas pipe and had to divert a new gas supply from the gas meter to the outside of the house and back to the boiler and hob. I would strongly recommend Jim to any friend. Truly brilliant!"

"Jim came round to help with an ongoing issue with our radiator which he fixed quickly. The following day I found water coming from our kitchen ceiling, I messaged Jim thinking it was related to the previous day's work (it wasn't) he came round late in the evening to investigate and quickly identified what the issue actually was and offered contacts to help solve the issue. Great experience all round."
