"John is wonderful! Polite and helpful at initial contact. He provided a date and time that he would attend, arriving promptly on time at my house. He clearly explained what he thought the issue was and how it would be fixed. Everything was done as he said and the price was great. Even more so, he is incredibly clean and the quality of work was excellent; I was surprised, the price of the work was really good value. I would not hesitate to recommend John to anybody."
