David - Image 1 "Trader came across as a really nice guy who could make ours bathrooms perfect. By the end, we paid him nearly £19000 in total , and we were supposed to have a tiler included in the price. No tiler, so work was completed by the trader himself. Unfortunately, we are left with lots of mess (patio pic enc)and 2 bathrooms where the end results do not meet expectations, promises made, or hard earned money spent ... and was supposed to be returning to replace scratched sink cabinet handles and fix leaky pipe. Following his work, we have now spent even more money trying to put right some of the very poor work as we found cracked tiles after he had gone. The pictures will paint the journey we have been on. The job ran 2 weeks over agreed time. I would not recommend this trader."

Charles - Image 1 "Jamie was quick in responding to our job to refurbish our en-suite shower room. Punctual in attending to view the job and eager to offer advice on the options available in relation to the shower. He arrived on the agreed date having taken responsibility for ordering/delivery of the items to be installed. He stripped the shower area back to brickwork and stud walls, replaced all the plaster boards ready for tiling. The tiling was completed to a high standard having previously fitted the new stone shower tray. He prepared the wooden floor by laying new ply to accept the click waterproof vinyl tiles and went on to fit the shower door, toilet and vanity unit. He completed the work within his 5 days estimated timescale. He was on time throughout, courteous, respectful of our home and clean and tidy in his work. He maintained a neat rubbish pile in our garden and removed it all when he finished without causing any damage or leaving any waste. Great job and overall service"
