    W - Image 1 "Joseph did not pressure me to make a quick decision on his quote, but was able to complete the repair within a week of my acceptance. I wasn't asked for any payment until the job was completed to my satisfaction. The workmen were polite and quickly completed the work, working in breaks on a larger job, but also working around my availability and Joseph threw in free insulation (which has made a great difference to the warmth of the room) in return for completing this review. I can't comment on value, as I didn't see the materials cost and didn't get a like for like quote. All work has been guaranteed for 10 years."

    "Joe replaced the roof about four years' ago. During the recent gales a couple of the edging tiles blew off. Joe sent his team round a couple of days following my phone call. They were quick and efficient as always. I would recommend him for roof renewal or repairs"
