    "We required a number of plumbing related jobs undertaken, two leaking toilets, a broken radiator and an unknown source of water damage to an interior wall. JC Kent London Plumbing & Heating was recommended by a friend and from the minute I picked up the phone, the attentiveness and customer service was outstanding. The attending plumber, James, was on time, very professional and respectful. He assessed, reviewed and reported the issues and upon agreement to his very competitive quotation, got to work.. repairing every single problem. He's knowledge, skill and attention to detail were top tier and I highly recommend to all."

    "James has come to my house to do work several times. One of the times was New Year’s Eve to fix a leak as an emergency job. He arrived within 30 minutes of me calling him and didn't charge more for it being an emergency call out or NYE. He's always polite, on time and communicates well. His work is always to a high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him."

    Trish - Image 1 "James knew what he was doing, took out my previous toilet and put in a new one. I would definitely recommend James to friends and family. Excellent neat and tidy plumber. James has already been given other work from us as we found him excellent in his work and prices."
