"The cowl was blown off one of our chimneys and I was lucky enough to find JBL on trustatrader. I sent an online enquiry and Jack replied straight away and was able to come and have a look that afternoon, with a quote being received all on the same day! I was so impressed with the level of service and Jack himself that we did not hesitate to accept the quote and the work was carried out within a few days. We live in an old house with the only access for the work being from a busy road so the work was carried out early on a Sunday morning with a cherry picker. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and I would not hesitate to recommend Jack & team. They replaced a chimney pot on the affected chimney, plus the cowls on all 4 chimney pots resolving some further maintenance issues we had on the to-do list. We are very pleased with the work carried out. Thanks Jack!"
