"A big thank you to John, who came round to assess a faulty toilet. He quickly identified the issue, was kind enough to explain to me the cause of the issue. He knew exactly what fix was needed and was able to order parts and arrange a follow up call to come and fit the parts today. He was on time, polite and respectful of property, and punctual. Everything is now up and runing and he was able to explain how everything was fixed, and even helped me locate my stopcock which no one in the past 13 years has been able to do - he knew where it would be instantly. Thank you very much, and I would highly recommend him and his team."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish. After another company failed to diagnose and repair my leaking toilet after two visits, I contacted JB7 Plumbing & Heating. Sam arranged a prompt appointment, John arrived on time, quickly identified the faulty fill valve and completed the repair the same day. Communication from Sam and Mary was excellent throughout. Professional, friendly, honest, clean and efficient. Great workmanship and genuine customer care. I highly recommend JB7 Plumbing & Heating."

"Really great service from John and the team - initially to help with turning the heating system back on following a house move, but then quickly installing a new boiler and sorting leaky taps etc as the issues became clear. Would definitely use them again next time."
