Kat - Image 1 "Over the past year JB7 Plumbing carried out several large jobs in my flat. They replaced a toilet other plumbers refused to touch because the piping was non-standard. JB7 took on the job and replaced it without any issues. The stop tap was previously inaccessible and unsafe, and the kitchen fitter company told me it was impossible to move. JB7 completed the job in one day and fitted a new stop tap that I can easily access. Most recently, my very old hot water cylinder developed several serious leaks. JB7 assessed the situation, clearly explained my options, and were very patient with my worries. They explained why their proposed solution was better than replacing the cylinder like-for-like. Now it's installed I can see they were absolutely right and I'm grateful they took the time to explain the advantages! Thanks to their hard work, my flat has gone from a barely functioning place to a comfortable, lovely home. Thank you JB7!"

"I was extremely satisfied with the level of customer service I received. We had an upstairs bathroom leak that needed urgent attention and JB plumbers were round that morning and fixed within an hour. Would definitely recommend."
