    "Jake was great, he got in touch the day before to discuss the leak with our shower. He arrived and got to work quickly, as he inspected the parts he found that the shower had actually degraded quite badly inside the mixer and was leaking from 3 places. He talked us through what was happening and showed us the parts that could be replaced. We decided to have the shower removed and capped off until we purchase a new one to be fitted, he was happy to go out and pick us one up same day too. Highly recommend."
