"John is really accommodating. He’s been out to the property three times now, once at very short notice, and was able to resolve issues with heating, leaks and pipes with 20+ year old plumbing. Friendly and polite, he was easily able to explain the problems and provide options for solutions. We’d definitely use him again and would recommend him!"
