"Absolutely amazing Tom and his young worker arrived on time and gave a diagnosis and fixed the pipe and gave advice for preventing reoccurrence Couldn’t have asked for me to be honest Look forward to using them again would 100% recommend"

Lee Clayton - Image 1 "Noticed my boiler was leaking just before Christmas. Found J&S property services (Tom) via a recommendation on our Street's Whatsapp group. Tom popped round the same day to take a look. Due to the age (14 years) of the boiler and the damage the leak had done we agreed a New boiler was needed. Tom confirmed the boiler was ok to use for now and would fit a new one in the New year. Tom sent over a quote for the work the next day which I was happy with. As agreed Tom and his team fitted a new boiler 4 Jan. He also tidied up the pipe work which was quite a mess. Tom arrived early (07:30) as agreed so that all work could be completed in one day and it was done around 2PM. Tom talked me through the operation of the boiler and sent over All certified documents post work. I've already set a calendar reminder for J&S property services to perform my yearly boiler service"

"J&S property service are a team I would recommend and use again, the upgrade of my boiler and a new radiator, was expertly fitted by a team that worked well together, all works were completed in one day"
