    Anna - Image 1 "From start to finish we are impressed by James and Callum's professionalism, attention to detail, tidiness, and expertise. We are thrilled with our new shower room, thankful for the quality of finish which has exceeded our expectations. A few concerning issues were discovered following rip out (e.g. gaps around window, no DPC, skylight poorly installed) so James adapted the schedule and resolved them without fuss, with a modest increase to the final cost, for additional unforeseen materials. He suggested ways we could improve the layout of our new shower room, but we had free rein at choosing our fittings and finishes, so he was able to meet our vision of the room we wanted. We were so impressed with the outcome, we invited James to return a few days later to complete some external repointing for us, which was long overdue and he managed to fit us into his busy schedule, doing another fantastic job for us. We highly recommend J&N Complete Services for quality and peace of mind."

    "provided a quote, a date was arranged, both James and Callum checked every detail before getting started. From day one there was no fuss, no mess, and little noise. They tidied up each evening, and their perfectionism was obvious throughout the entire project. Both were friendly, trustworthy, and genuinely great to have around. The entire project was completed within the agreed quote and the final result far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be using them again."

    "James has done several jobs around my house, a new bathroom, insulation of two back rooms, painting of two bedrooms and now he has fitted a patio. Along with this he has also done simple jobs such as fitting curtains and hanging mirrors. He is a very reliable and friendly worker. He always listens and explains what and why he is doing something. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends."
