"I came home after a weekend away, no heating or hot water, called a number of plumbers and no answer, Jordan from J Lamb called me back straight away and was out within an hour to see what was up. Quick diagnosis showed what needed to be done he was back within an hour again with the kit to sort the issue, then spotted the real issue and it meant a new boiler. He managed to rip out my old one, fit the new one and get my hot water and heating back in 2 and a half hours. I am so happy and impressed with his service, professionalism, speed and accuracy of work. Keep in mind he did this on a Sunday when he got the call at 11am. This guy is an absolute gem and if anyone ever needs a top notch plumber / gas engineer this is your man, I will definitely asking Jordan to do all my plumbing work moving forward! Thank you again Jordan absolutely smashed it mate, happy customer 🙏🏽👍🏽"

"Our boiler started playing up last week. I rang Jordan up on Thursday morning and he was round in a couple of hours. Unfortunately the boiler was beyond repair - it had reached the end of its life. By Monday afternoon we had a brand new boiler plumbed in and working, and this included the time it took to order the new one. Late Monday night it started snowing - job well done. Jordan is fast, friendly, charges a fair price and is efficient. You can't ask for more than that."
