"Selecting a professional from a website is always a lottery, but with this gentleman I struck gold. I had been concerned that because I was ringing to seek help with 2 dripping taps and a potential problem with my lavatory cistern, my " job" would be too small to warrant his attention. Nothing could have been further from the truth. He came round the same day to look at the job, and returned when promised to do the work. I was kept in the picture all the time - from him finding the new parts to what time he would arrive. Absolutely first class service, and Mr Lamb will be my first call should I have any further plumbing work. I have already asked him to return in the autumn to service my gas boiler"
