    "Totally professional, Jamie got to the route of the issue on a Combi boiler very quickly, and also checked the internal and external parts too. He offered advice and was extremely polite, and insisted upon making sure the area was clean afterwards. Definitely would recommend, and will be arranging future servicing of the boiler with him."
