Thierry - Image 1 "We selected Julian to replace the felt of two flat roofs with a rubber cover as he appeared more reactive in our early communications amongst a small list of similar quotes. Julian arrived on the agreed day -and hour- to start. The work had to be extended after start due to rotten wood underneath the felt which could not be seen (and quoted) prior to removal. Julian worked to rescue most of the underlaying wood and applied a cost- but also quality-effective fix which he previously reviewed and discussed with us. The full work was completed over 7 working days with Julian showing up every day early morning as agreed until work completion. We particularly liked the communication of the work schedules and details, as well as Julian’s clear passion in his work and his drive for a job well done -no quick fixes- resulting in the quality of his work and its likely lasting outcome. The roofs and surroundings were left clean after work completion. Thank you Julian & son for a quality work!"

"Needed a flat roof replaced. This company has done lots of outstanding work for tenants and myself. I know what perfectionists they are. Julian provided a fair quote in January, and we earmarked July to complete the work. Exceedingly pleased with the work, price, and cleanup."

"Julian and Bradley were punctual, professional and friendly at all stages. They explained each step of the work that needed to be done for our door hangings, particularly when we were unsure of what was needed. We’re really pleased with the quality of the work completed, and they were incredibly tidy, minimising any mess in our home."
