Jason at J&K Property Service comes highly recommended for painting and decorating done with pride, especially when prep is key. Customers describe an excellent finish in kitchens, ceilings and exteriors, with careful work on tricky jobs like “highly degraded victorian cottage windows” and external render, porches and wheelie bin storage. Across projects, Jason is consistently punctual, extremely tidy and professional, with clear updates and transparent communication throughout.

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend Jason! Jason painted our kitchen for us and did a fantastic job. The finish is excellent and you can tell he really takes pride of his work. He was so clean and tidy, covered everything properly and left no mess at all. Always arrives on time and was really professional and friendly throughout. We were absolutely delighted with the result. Would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable painter. Thanks again Jason"

"Hired Jason for a very tricky external job on highly degraded victorian cottage windows. I needed someone who was prepared to do throrough preparation, I find most decorators hate prep and do minimal rubbing down. / filling etc (which is why my windows got so bad)/ Jason's prep is outstanding and there was no historical issues left behind. In some areas he took the windows back to wood removing years of failed gloss. His coating and painting skills are by far the best I have seen. The finish he achieves looks terrific and I feel very confident this job on my wondows will, finally!. last years. He's also highly knowledgable on materials and paint options. He works so hard, arrives at 8am on the dot, has never misssed an arranged day, and is just non stop until he leaves at 4. No breaks!! All the tea we make goes cold and gets poured away by us at the end of the day! But it really is extraodinary what you get in those hours - twice as much as other 'pros'."

"Jason did a fabulous job painting the outside render of our house, his attention to detail was particularly good, we asked him to return to paint our interior ceilings and were again very pleased with his work."
