"James is extremely punctual and arrived when he said he would both for the quotation and when carrying out the work. He responded with the quote on the same day and the price was fair. He carried out the work quickly, efficiently and with no fuss. I would certainly be happy to use him again for any other plumbing jobs we require in the future"
