"Ian attended our home at very short notice in order to sort out a problem with reception on our television. He communicated with us promptly with regard to making the appointment and then attended when we had agreed. He explained all of the work that he was going to do and obtained our agreement to various aspects of the job. When the work had been completed he invited us to see how a proper signal was now being received on our equipment and also showed us where the wiring was. We are very pleased with the work he completed for us."
