"Having seen reviews for ISS we felt assured we would be in good hands regarding an old TV reception problem. We were not disappointed. Throughout the whole process Ian was professional, courteous & extremely skilled and knowledgeable. He kept us updated re his schedule & the potential to visit to investigate, fitting in with our availability. On arrival Ian was extremely respectful ensuring not to bring any dirt into the home whilst working. Ian was diligent, checking everything & clearly explaining the options to fix the identified problems. He carried out work there & then in hot conditions, into the night ensuring the job was done. He then went above and beyond making sure a further bedroom TV connection point could work which required another visit up to a very hot loft. When finished we were very happy with a working TV & brand new Aerial. Ian is an absolute credit to ISS &I wouldn’t hesitate recommending him to family/friends needing any aerial/satellite/installation assistance."

"I have used this company previously (14 years ago) to sort Freeview Antenna and an Amplifier on an existing aerial. Yesterday, I discovered that the antenna had separated from the pole and was dangling at the bottom of a cable. I telephoned their number yesterday evening and they arranged to visit today. They rang this morning to confirm when they would be coming and arrived on time. The work was carried out efficiently and at a reasonable price. I would have no hesitation in recommending their work."
