    "Had a leak from the bathroom through the kitchen ceiling and lights. Jacek was really helpful over the phone in the evening and helped me isolate the issue to get the boiler back on, then was available to visit first thing the following morning making it less expensive than an emergency call out. He's professional, friendly and knowledgeable, giving us peace of mind that our electrics were safe. Wouldn't hesitate to use again if needed."

    "Came out to solve the mystery of a tripping RCD. Was methodical and explained everything he was doing, found the faulty outdoor light (torrential rain all night !) and returned all back to normal. Very polite and respectful towards our home. Thank you"

    "Our electrics kept tripping and we didn't know why. PEM was willing to come out and fault find even though it was late. He was very thorough, professional and friendly and I was more than happy with the invoice for the 2 hours of work."
