"I called Imperator Services Group to obtain a second opinion on my unvented cylinder, due to the original company not having serviced it correctly and then unexpectedly quoting for additional work. In addition I needed a new radiator and didn’t trust the original company to carry out the job. Rachel appreciated I’d had a poor experience and was extremely helpful throughout, explaining exactly what work was needed and provided a full break down of all costs so I knew what to expect. Jason thoroughly checked the cylinder and reassured me that everything was working fine, so no additional work was needed. Phil carried out the work to replace the radiator, and did a super job and kept everything very tidy and clean. Everyone has been open and transparent throughout and explained all aspects of the work, including offering advice on considerations in the future. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of and I have to say, everyone has now restored my faith in trades people. Thank you!"

"Good humoured, friendly and helpful, worked off specifications from the website as the oven hadn't been delivered yet but everything fit perfectly once it arrived. Definitely recommend."
