Welcome to Ian Stuart Gibson’s Independent Chartered Surveyors. As a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and with over 20 years of post-qualification expertise, I am proud to bring my professionalism, knowledge and personality to each client.
As an RICS Chartered Surveyor, my career has covered valuations, home-buyer reporting, consultancy, and agency advice for commercial and residential properties. With my extensive experience and broad skill-set, I can help both private and public sector clients.
Through my friendly, down-to-earth nature and professional, no-nonsense approach, I help my clients feel relaxed, reassured and fully informed in circumstances that might otherwise be relatively stressful. I provide a range of affordable, expert services for residential and commercial purposes throughout Leeds, Bradford and West Yorkshire. "After approaching the standard big companies and feeling their initial contact sterile we looked for a self employed surveyor. As soon as I made phone contact with Ian's PA ,Sandi she was so reassuring that Ian would be able to help,guided us through the process of hiring updating us with progress to the survey date within the fortnight of initial contact for value price. Ian is a very confident, professional and experienced Surveyor who brought all his skills together in completing a very detailed report together for the pension company. Ian contacted me direct even out of office hours to ensure he completed the report promptly. He spent extra time on the report and stood firm on the initial price.
