    Avril Swain - Image 1 "There was a problem with the original floor being unlevel. Tim and Paige rectified this with minimum fuss, but this meant the expected finish date changed, which was understandable. Because the height of the floor was obviously raised slightly due to the thickness of the floor tiles, the integrated washing machine door would no longer fit properly. Tim and Paige rectified this. They are totally trustworthy, honest and courteous at all times. I recommend their services without reservation."

    "Tim has done work for me for many years. He and his daughter Paige have always achieved an excellent standard whilst being kind, friendly, reliable, trustworthy, professional and a pleasure to have in my home. They completely refurbished two toilets and carried out the plumbing required for a new kitchen installation, besides replacing taps, washers and fixing lavatory cisterns when necessary."

    JOHN - Image 1 "Hornsey made a major contribution to the design of two of my bathrooms and then fitted both out to a very high standard. My aged heating system caused a little trouble and - although it was not of their making - Tim and Paige also worked tirelessly to resolve that problem. Highly recommended"
