    "They went out of their way to have the wok done to my time scale. The team were so helpful and obliging and as I had just moved house even helped me outside of their remit. I was informed every step of the way so I knew what was needed when it turned into a bigger job than expected. I was shown photos as proof of why I needed roof timbers (not expected) and worked hard to put it all right. I have only just had the job done so time will tell about effectiveness but it is backed by a 10 year guarantee so am confident. I thoroughly recommend this company."

    "Will responded quickly and provided clear guidance on what was required. He also noted sim other issues. He provided a quote which was more than anticipated but promised the irk would be completed the next day. The workman arrived in time and completed the work as expected. They found some further minor issues which they advised me of and corrected as part of the overall job. Everyone was very pleasant and they left the site clean and tidy. I am happy to recommend."
