Aqib Khan - Image 1 "I had a leak from my first-floor shower, which required the shower waste drainpipe to be replaced. I was charged £510 for a job that took approximately one hour from start to finish, including clean-up. In my opinion, £510 for replacing a shower waste drain pipe is excessive and does not reflect the amount of work involved. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again or recommend their services to others."

"I had a great experience with Homecare plumbers, communication was clear from booking the appointment all the way to the visit, engineer was very polite and professional and displayed good experience and seemed to be highly skilled. He diagnosed the issue and explained to me what went wrong and what needs replacing, this made me feel confident that he knew what the issue was as was able to explain. I was given the quotation for further works and they fixed it the next day!! Very happy with the service provided and the correspondence prior and post appointment. Would definitely go to again in the future!"

"Personally, I’ve had many plumbers carry out work that was not up to standard. Homecare has literally surpassed all expectations and then some! Upon arrival I was greeted in a professional manner, the engineer knew exactly what the job was, came and respected my property. Was polite, clear and concise about the job and what needs to be done so I felt reassured. Everything was done in a timely manner and the overall experience was second to none! Thank you"
