    "An absolute first rate service in every respect. My only - and very minor - disappointment was that Tyler could not finish the work in one visit, owing to the need to order and await delivery of some replacement parts, but is returning within the week as soon as the parts arrive. That is why I have only awarded 4* stars overall, as the job was not completed in one visit, although that may well have been an unrealistic expectation on my part!"

    "really fast and friendly service. Reuben was so lovely, polite and very hard working and efficient. I was wary as we called very late the night before for a new toilet as the old was leaking and decided to replace instead of fixing. Only reason I gave a lower star rating for value was because it was a cheaper feel loo than we already had. however, efficiency, speed and work was superb. Just would have preferred an option to choose to be installed. we called after 6pm night before and Reuben came for 9:30 next morning and was all fitted and done by midday. cannot fault anything"

    "Reuben done a fantastic job he was very friendly and knew exactly what to do I marked the job down as he arrived late but no fault of his as the previous job took longer which I didn’t mind as now I’ve got a shower that is hot thank you"
