    "They were called out to fix a leaking washing machine feed tap. He removed the plastic handle and nipped it up with an adjustable spanner. Overnight this failed and wet the kitchen so much the floor was lifting. What I thought they would do is replace the valve! I was charged £221 for this!!! It then cost me to dry out the floor and replace."

    "Had to get them back three times to get work done after initial pipe leak was still leaking after four days. Had to take them to Small Claims Court and later issue a County Court Judgement against them to get money back. This Company is based in Essex but subcontracts to plumbers in Sussex."

    "Hot water failed and we phoned for assistance. Told £139 for call out and 1 hour work. This was accepted. Engineer turned out, various tests and diagnosed it was the heat exchanger. Left premises.... nothing heard for 2 hours! Phoned mobile was told they would phone engineer and get back to me... On checking my bank account I notice the company had taken £170 from my account. I asked why. Was told VAT needed to be added... This was not stated. At no time did they have authorisation to take £170. They returned call saying engineer would get a price for heat exchanger Monday. They confirm they would phone Monday Morning... I never got that Call. Called another company... On attendance, issue found, a simple heat sensor, taking 5 mins to replace, the engineer leaving 10 mins after arrival.... He said, heat sensor should have been the first check when the boiler does not fire up! So for £170 I got nothing, no repair, just a visit with a miss diagnosis of a simple fault."
