"I had a large four room extension built by this company, the boss Dave and his two sons. Other specialist trades were brought in where required. Although there were a few unexpected gaps in the work schedule the job was finished well within my expected 6 months. Easy to deal with and a fair payment schedule throughout the job which meant no concerns about being in debit for work not yet done etc. Basically a great job done for a good price."

Steve Lodge - Image 1 "You won't find better than Dave Coulson for your building project. Dave responded swiftly to review the proposed extension to our dining room which gave an immediate sense of commitment. He always turned up for appointments as arranged and once the work started even the neighbours commented on how tidy he was. His work was professional and well thought through, finding brilliant solutions to emerging problems. Dave would always take time to ensure the work was to the highest standard rather than downing tools when the clock said so. We are over the moon with the finished result for which Dave must take all the credit. Well done to him and his son Cameron (quality chippy). I cannot rate Dave highly enough. And he's a really nice bloke too!"

"I have been incredibly happy with Dave and his team from the very first meeting all the way through the build. His attention to detail and care of the smallest things is matched by his efficiency and knowledge. At all times I've been kept informed with progress reports, and on the two occasions that the weather caused them to fall off schedule, they worked longer days to get back on track. I would heartily recommend him for any one looking for an extension."

Andy - Image 1 "Dave has been our main building contractor throughout the renovation of our house over the last 2-3 years. He's undertaken projects in all areas of the property - pictured is the conversion of the conservatory to a brick extension with bi-folds, flat parapet roof and and glass roof light. This project in particular has really given our home a "wow" factor. Dave and his son, Cam are always very punctual, take care and pride in their work and keep mess to a minimum. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family who are looking to have structural building work done, or internal refurbishment and carpentry."
