"We’ve just moved into a new house and have had issues with the heating and hot water since we moved in. It’s a complex Baxi boiler set up with a water tank. Firstly, Greg is a really nice chap and very trustworthy. He did a thorough assessment on the boiler and quickly identified the issue. He also made adjustments to settings and realigned parts that had been displaced. Greg was very mindful and considerate of our animals during his visit too! Extremely happy with the service! Would highly recommend."

"Previously Holland had done a few small plumbing jobs well. Had also picked up work after Vaillant had been and left. This work was to diagnose a persistent problem over weeks with our boiler. Greg stuck with the diagnosis, worked it out and confirmed with Vaillant tech. Sourced the part promptly, fitted it and made sure all was tested before going. Checked the next day as well."

"My review is long overdue! I found Greg on TrustATrader last year after waking up to a flooded kitchen from a leak in the ceiling. He came out the very same day, found the issue within minutes, and returned the next day to fix it, lifting carpet and floorboards and fitting new cap fittings. While he was here, he also installed an outside tap and sorted a leaking heated towel rail. More recently we had another leak (thanks to poor new-build installation) and were left without hot water or heating. Another plumber made it worse and said the boiler was the problem. I called Greg again and he quickly found the real cause, another badly fitted cap, and fixed it properly and efficently. Greg is sooo friendly, professional and really reliable. He answers all my questions (I ask a lot! haha), talks me through what he’s doing, and always cleans up after. I’d highly recommend him and will definitely keep using him. Thanks again for saving the house! :)"
