"Keith, Rich and Harley were top notch from start to finish. Their knowledge and experience helped us to make a few tricky decisions and changes to our initial plans which meant the final outcome was even better than we originally had drawn up. They were always punctual, approachable and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. All of the work was executed to very high standards, and the site was cleaned really well at the end of each day. The team have always been on hand to come and do the finishing touches after the decorating was completed. We are so glad we chose HQI for our extension as it was completely hassle free and meticulously scheduled, allowing us to carry on living at home throughout the summer holidays while the whole downstairs was worked on. Extra jobs that we asked for were fitted in ad hoc, and always finished beautifully! We've even booked them to come back and do some more work in the not too distant future! "Thank you very much to Keith and his team for getting us through a complete new kitchen, utility room and downstairs WC. They have been very tidy and considerate to us living at home while works where carried out. We Can not fault Keith’s workmanship, it is fantastic, he certainly has an eye for detail. Living in an old Victorian house nothing seemed straight forward but Keith was always happy to share his knowledge to come up with a solution. I wouldn’t hesitate to get Keith back in future and would highly recommend to anyone considering renovation work!"

"We used High Quality Installations to complete our single storey extension which included new kitchen, utility room, living room, en suite & bathroom. Work was also carried out on some of the existing rooms. Keith, Rich and the rest of the team were first class from start to finish. They worked from the minute they arrived, to the minute they left and planned meticulously to ensure that all work was left safe and clean. Their input and expertise were invaluable and helped us to achieve a far better end result than we could ever have imagined. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They are trustworthy, hardworking & excellent at what they do. Thanks so much for giving us the home we’ve always dreamt of Keith! We’ll see you again for our next project 😊"
