"I used this company to help resolve an issue with my uncle’s tap. The situation was slightly delicate as my uncle is elderly and my aunt has Alzheimer’s, but they were extremely understanding and patient throughout. Communication was clear, nothing felt rushed, and the issue was resolved within the week. We were very pleased with the service and how sensitively the matter was handled. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them."

"I can’t praise the Heat Excel Ltd team highly enough, they have been fantastic … A great experience from my initial contact with Mike in the office, who was friendly, polite and knowledgeable … this followed on through to my contact with Meg, also in the office and to Lewis and partner who did an investigation on my old boiler, through to fitting my new one.
