"Before hiring them they offered a discount if we'd agree to them starting work immediately which should have been a red flag as this wouldn't give us time to get other quotes.The quality of the work is appalling and has shocked other builders who have seen it since and a structural engineer, and will cost a lot to correct. They left cement to dry on windows which is very hard/expensive/impossible to remove. They clogged the guttering and downpipes by washing old mortar and sand into it ."
