"This is the second time we have used Hawkfost this time for a boiler service, and David and Keith were wonderful. They took their time to check everything over and were very happy explaining the issues that arose. They are super efficient, extremely courteous and helpful. They oozed professionalism and we appreciated their honesty and the service provided. They are 100% our now go to for anything plumbing related and we have absolutely no hesitation to recommend them to anyone!"

"Keith replaced the outside waste pipe for my kitchen sink and did a great job. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. The work was completed to a high standard, and he made sure everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. I'm very pleased with the result and would happily recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work done."

"David is a true master of his craft and a consummate professional. His communication is clear and responsive, and the quality of his work is outstanding. He explains everything in simple terms, making the process easy to understand. His quotes and invoices are straightforward and easy to manage, and his rates offer excellent value for money in my opinion. David replaced a toilet in a very tight space, completing the job with precision and leaving a clean, tidy result that looked great. He then tackled the far less pleasant task of unblocking our backed-up external drains, which he handled swiftly and expertly. Once the drains were flowing again and cleaned down, David used a camera to inspect the system. We were even given a guided tour of the pipes, identifying blockages and joints in real time. This made it easy to establish a clear priority list for addressing the overall drainage problem. We hope David can fit us into his busy schedule. Highly recommend."

"It's always a worry to find a tradesperson to work in and on your home but from their first response to my email, I 'liked' HawkFost and I have not been disappointed. David, who actually completed most of the work we had done, and Ryan are both pleasant, polite, totally professional and passionate about their work. Everything was clearly explained at the outset and their commitment to the job in hand was obvious throughout. At the end of each day everything was tidied away and nothing was ever too much trouble. We had a bathroom tap and kitchen tap replaced and the original central heating system has been completely upgraded and updated, including 2 new radiators, a new pump, a new larger, more efficient hot water cylinder, a Hive control system and a full powerflush (which was a revelation in itself!) We would have no hesitation in recommending HawkFost and they will certainly always be our "go to" plumbing company."
