"A disappointing and drawn-out process The installation began smoothly, but the process ended up taking twice as long due to multiple issues. Several key components, like drains and trickle vents, were missed during the first visit and required the team to return three or four times to fix problems, including a leak and poorly installed flashing. It took weeks to get everything right, disrupting our schedule. To make matters worse, just two days after completion, I received a rude payment demand. My request for a price reduction as goodwill for the inconvenience was dismissed, with only a shop voucher offered instead. Initially promising, but the overall experience was frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend. The companies stance is that we’ve had the product, they’ve supplied what they said they would and it’s cost them money for the multiple visits. an installation that takes 5 visits because of leaks or poor workmanship and missing parts is most definitely not acceptable and not my fault"

There was a manufacturer error (missed tickle vent), and the leadwork needed a return visit. Our company's stance is that we would always be happy to correct any snagging, but we do expect to be paid for our work. We don't ask for payment until the job is completed, so it is in our interest to finish the job for you. We did wait two days to ask for payment, so we didn't feel it was being rude, but we understand you may see this differently. We do care about doing a good job and always try to take a pragmatic approach, and any feedback is always taken on board. Your job was a complex one, but I can confirm that it is now completed after a few minor remedial visits, and we thank you for your patience while we organised this. You have a 10-year guarantee, and we will always try to do a good job should you need us during that guarantee period."
