SILICONE & THIN-COAT RENDER

Silicone thin-coat render is one of our core specialisms and is widely used to create clean, modern exterior finishes.

The finished result depends heavily on what happens before the final coat is applied. Background condition, preparation, beads, reinforcement mesh, basecoat, junctions and detailing all contribute to the appearance and long-term performance of the system.

The insulation and render are treated as one complete system, with each stage installed in accordance with the intended build-up.

Manufacturer-backed warranty options are available on qualifying EWI Pro systems.

FAILED RENDER & FAÇADE REMEDIATION

Haus also specialises in properties where an existing render or façade system has failed.

Cracking, hollow or blown render, movement, unsuitable backgrounds, failed carrier boards and poorly installed systems require more than a cosmetic repair.

We assess the existing build-up and determine what can remain, what requires repair and where complete removal and replacement is the correct approach.

Where necessary, the façade can be taken back to a suitable background and rebuilt using an appropriate system.

This experience is particularly relevant on properties where previous rendering work has already developed problems.

Complete rendering can bring older brickwork, pebble dash, dated finishes and new extensions together into one consistent exterior.
