    "Chris and the team did an excellent job, finding innovative ways to overcome some of the challenges arising from my aging flat. They did so in a way that was proportionate, giving me an excellent outcome at a reasonable price. Couldn't recommend them quickly enough."

    "As a landlord who does not live in the locality I rely heavily on reviews when employing tradespeople. I came up trumps finding Chris & Rob to refurbish a flat as well as paint the outside of the property. They were efficient at communicating every detail to me and more or less project managed the flat refurbishment by not only painting it all but sorting out a plumber for the new bathroom as well as a carpet fitter for the rest of the flat. Importantly the other tenants at the property were really pleased with the way the work was carried out and established a good rapport with Chris & Rob. I would not hesitate in asking them to do further work on my properties."
