    "I had an emergency appointment and Neil came out really quickly! Resolved the problem and even helped me install my water filter! Lovely guy and great work!"

    "Neil was the consummate professional. He attended at the house at short notice and assessed the situation and knew exactly what needed to be done. It was a complicated shower pump fault and not only did Neil uninstall the pump, he returned it to the retailer on our behalf because it was within its warranty and got a replacement free of charge. Then installed the new shower pump. The pump was in a very awkward and tight location but Neil didn't complain. He just figured things out. He also kept us informed at all times of the price, timeline and situation so we could plan our day and finances appropriately. Definitely now our family plumber. Already distributed his business contact to family and friends. Delightful experience. Highly recommend him."

    "Neil was great; he came to fix a dripping tap, arrived promptly at the agreed time, assessed the situation and explained that one tap was corroded and beyond help and the other one not far off. He then explained the options and cost, went off and bought the replacements I preferred, installed them in good time and left the bathroom so you wouldn't know he'd been there except for the shiny new taps. This was a minor thing but If I have another plumbing problem I know who I'd like to call and I would definitely recommend him:)"
