"We needed log roll retaining walls replacing. When John first came round he explained exactly what his men would do and what we needed to do to allow them to work. He gave me a rough date of when they could do the work. The quote arrived when he said it would and we decided to go ahead and use them. John kept me informed about the start date and they turned up on time and got started immediately. The job took as long as John said it would and they have done an excellent job. The guys were great, very polite and hard working. We were extremely pleased with the results and have asked them to do more work for us. "Works was carried out efficiently and initially impressed with what had been done, but it was dark when he left. After contacting several times about ripples and lumps in the artificial grass, I had no reply, don’t pay any money until your entirely happy with the work he carries out"
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback. The artificial grass was laid to the customers satisfaction however after we had done so, the client drove their car over it which has caused the ripples. Customer service is very important to us as verified by reviews from previous clients."
