    "I initially called for the gutters to be cleaned, the gentleman who answered the phone didn't give his name, which in any customer service is usually done in the salutation. I didn't get an explanation as to the nature of the job before they came. I had the job done, as they cleaned the gutters they found that they needed replacing. I was given a price over the phone and paid a £50 deposit. I had to contact the office for an invoice as paying cash they don't give a receipt when you hand it over. They came back the following week and replaced the gutters, a good job, but left the yard and windows with dirt on them, there is a hose they could have used, the yard does have things in it waiting for the skip but was clean. All in all they did a good job in bad weather. The gentlemen were very polite and got on with the task. Thank you"

    "I found gutter guys online and I decided to run with them for the following reasons. 1) Their reviews were excellent. 2) They carried out an excellent survey and the gentleman was lovely. 3) They were very punctual. After the job they water tested the gutters for me, conducted a full clean up of my property. I only wish all tradesmen could be this professional. Very good business and well organised. The office were great and the lads who done the work were brilliant."
