We have over 30 plus years of experience and rely enormously on our reputation. We are based in Sutton Coldfield, covering West Midlands and all surrounding areas.

"Andy from Guild building solutions was fantastic. On time each day he came. Very clean and tidy worker. His work is of a very high standard and his subject to detail was 2nd to none. I highly recommend this company for any building or general maintenance work. It's quite rare that you can trust a tradesman these days who is punctual, hard working and work to a very high standard and who also cleans up after them. Highly recommend. 5 star rating from me. "I’ve recently had bedroom remodelling works completed by Guild Building Solutions. This included electrical works, plastering, decoration, carpentry and fitted wardrobes. The quality of work was excellent from start to finish and the guys were extremely professional and reliable. Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely use them again!"

Tony and the team were fantastic, taking my initial ideas and designs to another level with their knowledge and inputs. Working in the design environment myself I was very impressed with the attention to detail, skill and fit / finish which were second to none. All aspects of work…electrical, plumbing, tiling, flooring etc all professionally completed to a standard far exceeding my expectations. Communication and cleanliness, on a daily basis, was superb.
