They were professional, punctual, reliable and Gianni's communication was fantastic. The brickwork and finishing were outstanding. "We were looking for a reputable local building firm to build an extension and significantly remodel the inside of our ageing house. GS Design & Developments were recommended by friends, and we are very grateful to have found them. After getting several quotes, the GS' price estimate was reasonably competitive - but the difference was obvious from the beginning: Gianni was courteous, thorough and practical in his approach. Here is why I would recommend them to anyone: the work was to a very high quality, completed on time and broadly on budget. The sequencing and project management was top notch - we never had a day when there wasn't something happening. From starting the job to completion took 5 months. Incredible. Any minor issues that needed resolving afterwards were done promptly. Gianni was always responsive by phone. Again, I can't recommended this business highly enough - they deserve their great reputation."
